工作原理
公转与自转双动力同步运行,搭配真空负压,实现深层脱泡
第一步:公转产生离心力 公转盘高速旋转,带动容器内物料产生强大离心力,驱动物料全域对流,实现宏观混合。同时离心力将密度较小的气泡向旋转轴心方向推移,促使较大气泡汇聚逸出。 第二步:自转提供剪切力 容器围绕自身轴心自转,产生定向剪切力,打散团聚颗粒,实现微观分散。3000rpm高转速产生强剪切力,全域高效混合,剪切力同时薄化气泡壁膜,加速气泡破裂。 第三步:真空负压增强脱泡 在公转自转搅拌的同时,真空系统将腔体内压力降至-98kPa。低压环境下气泡内外压差增大,纳米级微气泡膨胀并加速上浮逸出。真空脱泡弥补了离心力对微小气泡去除效果的不足,实现从大气泡到纳米级气泡的全范围脱泡。 公转、自转与真空同步运行,物料在密闭容器内完成"混合→分散→深层脱泡"全流程。3000rpm高转速搭配-98kPa真空,兼顾混合效率与脱泡深度。 | ![]() |
