Why You Need to Remove Bubbles
Trapped gas in industrial fluids is a manufacturing risk that compounds across the production chain.
Adhesion failure — Voids at bond interfaces weaken peel and shear strength, compromising structural integrity.
Performance degradation — In fillers and thermal interface materials, bubbles create hot spots and reduce thermal conductivity.
Surface defects — Pinholes and craters degrade product aesthetics and functional reliability.
Process inconsistency — Entrapped air causes skipped dots, tailing, and volume variation in automated dispensing.
Material waste — Batch rejection from bubble-related defects drives up cost and cycle time.
Bubble elimination is a prerequisite — not an optimization — for high-yield manufacturing.
Why SIE-MIX90
The SIE-MIX90 is a floor-standing vacuum centrifugal mixer purpose-built for laboratories, pilot lines, and small-to-medium batch production. Its balanced capacity, fixed-ratio repeatability, and wide material adaptability make it the go-to workhorse across multiple industries — from semiconductor encapsulants to battery slurries, solder pastes to cosmetic creams.
0–2000 RPM adjustable speed Broad process window adapts to low-viscosity inks through high-density pastes like solder paste and silver-filled adhesives.
Vacuum up to -98 kPa (‑100 kPa optional) Removes macro to nano‑scale bubbles; delivers 99.9% bubble elimination efficiency.
Non‑contact planetary mixing Zero blades, zero friction — no heat generation, no cross‑contamination. Material properties remain 100% intact.
Fixed revolution/rotation speed ratio Guarantees batch‑to‑batch repeatability — critical for process validation and quality documentation.
100‑program digital memory Operator‑independent recipes; store and recall validated parameters for consistent results across shifts.
Optional heating / cooling / MES Temperature‑controlled processing for heat‑sensitive formulations; full in‑line integration with real‑time traceability.
304 stainless steel, imported components Rugged 150 kg build for reliable daily use in industrial and lab environments.
CE, ISO9001, RoHS certified Global compliance for deployment across regulated industries.
Key differentiation — why MIX90 sits at the sweet spot: The MIX60 is a compact benchtop unit for R&D small batches (0–300 mL). The MIX80 bridges lab and pilot needs (0–300 mL, floor-standing). The MIX1000PLUS offers independently adjustable rotation ratios for high-viscosity process flexibility. The MIX90 fills the 0–1000 mL production bracket with a fixed-ratio design optimized for standardized workflows and multi-material versatility.
Working principle
By using the centrifugal force of revolution and the shear force of rotation to stir, coupled with a vacuum pump to extract gas, small bubbles in the liquid can be efficiently removed, improving product quality.

FAQ
1. What materials can the MIX90 process?
Solder paste, silver paste, aluminum paste, conductive silver adhesive, insulating adhesives, phosphor powders, silicone gel, battery electrode slurries, inks, silver nanowire dispersions, cosmetic creams, and pharmaceutical formulations. Free sample testing is available.
2. Does the process change material properties?
No. The non‑contact, bladeless design means zero friction, zero contamination, and zero alteration of chemical composition.
3. What containers are supported?
Standard cups (up to 1000 mL), tubes, cans, and fully custom proprietary containers. Single‑cup and dual‑cup configurations are available.
4. What is the difference between fixed and adjustable speed ratio?
Fixed ratio — as on the MIX60, MIX80, and MIX90 — is optimized for process repeatability and standardization. Adjustable ratio — as on the MIXF1000 — offers greater process flexibility for complex formulations. Contact us for guidance on the right model for your needs.
5. Can the MIX90 integrate into our production line?
Yes. Optional MES connectivity enables real‑time process data logging, recipe management, production tracking, and quality control traceability. Heating and cooling modules support temperature‑controlled processing.
6. How does the MIX90 differ from the MIX60, MIX80, and MIX1000PLUS?
The MIX60 is a benchtop R&D unit (0–300 mL, 3000 RPM). The MIX80 is a floor-standing lab-to-pilot unit (0–300 mL, 3000 RPM). The MIX90 is a floor-standing production unit with larger capacity (0–1000 mL, 2000 RPM). The MIX1000PLUS adds independently adjustable rotation ratios for high‑viscosity process flexibility.
