• Material Type: AB structural adhesives (two‑component adhesives including black AB structural adhesive, white AB structural adhesive, epoxy structural adhesive, polyurethane structural adhesive, etc.)
• Initial State: AB structural adhesive is a two‑component system. Component A (resin) and Component B (hardener) require sufficient and homogeneous blending. A large number of stubborn micro‑bubbles are generated during mixing. Featuring high viscosity and poor fluidity, bubbles cannot escape naturally, which directly impairs structural bonding strength and durability.
• Processing Target: Fully and homogeneously mix A/B components of AB structural adhesive, thoroughly remove stubborn micro‑bubbles, ensure uniform and fine adhesive texture, achieve qualified structural bonding strength, and meet high‑strength bonding process requirements for building curtain walls, automotive bodies, aerospace and other scenarios.
