SIENOX, Sinos, has focused on silver paste mixing and defoaming for 20 years. It provides vacuum mixing and defoaming solutions for silver paste, effectively removing micron-scale bubbles in silver paste to ensure uniform and stable conductivity. Adopting planetary motion with rotation and revolution, it disperses silver powder particles without damage, suitable for high-precision scenarios such as semiconductor packaging, photovoltaic cells and electronic components.

SIENOX Planetary Mixer & Defoamer, vacuum level -95KPa. Compatible with full-series ceramic slurries including Al₂O₃, ZrO₂, BaTiO₃ (50~150,000 cps). Dispersion and defoaming completed in one step. Relative density after sintering ≥99%, porosity ＜0.3%. Suitable for MLCC tape casting, structural ceramic slip casting, dental ceramic gel-casting and other processes.
