Why Must Microbubbles in Materials Be Eliminated?

Residual micro‑bubbles in materials directly affect product yield and performance stability.

Polyurethane Industry

Bubbles in PU foam cause uneven cell structure, impairing foam density, elasticity and thermal insulation, and reducing finished‑product quality & yield.

Cosmetics Manufacturing

Bubbles in cosmetic lotion lead to inaccurate filling and bottle swelling, harming appearance, shelf‑life and user experience.

Energy‑Material Industry

Bubbles in supercapacitor electrode slurry result in uneven coating and abnormal electrode porosity, lowering energy density and cycle life.

✨ Traditional defoaming challenges: Manual stirring brings high resistance and poor mixing for high‑viscosity materials; ordinary equipment tends to cause material splashing at excessive rotating speed; insufficient capacity requires repeated batch processing with low efficiency and poor batch‑to‑batch consistency.

Why Choose SIE-CV10L

Three Core Features Built for Large‑Volume Mass Production of Medium‑to‑High‑Viscosity Materials

Large‑Volume Batch Processing

2000 mL dual‑cup configuration delivers twice the throughput of 1000 mL models. With adjustable runtime from 0‑30 minutes, it supports continuous large‑batch processing, reduces material‑change downtime and improves production‑line throughput.

Wide‑Range Medium‑Low‑Speed Mixing

0‑800 rpm stepless adjustment covers broad medium‑low speed range. It provides sufficient shear force to disperse medium‑to‑high‑viscosity materials while avoiding temperature rise and splashing caused by high‑speed mixing, suitable for adhesives, slurries, coatings and other processes.

Production‑Grade Continuous Operation

Micro‑computer control supports operator‑permission settings for multi‑shift production. Fault‑code display enables quick troubleshooting. Safety interlock and inertia‑delay protection ensure safe continuous operation. Vacuum, temperature control and MES networking are optional for production‑line integration.

✨ When production demand exceeds 2L level or mass‑production of medium‑to‑high‑viscosity materials is required, SIE‑CV10L serves as the 10‑liter capacity upgrade option within the CV series.

Working Principle

Synchronized dual‑driven revolution‑rotation delivers high‑torque at medium‑low speed for efficient mixing of medium‑to‑high‑viscosity materials.

Step 1: Centrifugal force from revolution
The revolving plate rotates at high speed, generating strong centrifugal force for materials inside the container to trigger full convection and achieve macro mixing. Meanwhile, bubbles of lower density migrate toward the rotation axis under centrifugal force and converge for release.

Step 2: Shear force from rotation
The container spins around its own axis to generate directional shear force, breaking up agglomerated particles for micro dispersion. Gear transmission ensures precise and stable revolution‑rotation speed ratio for efficient full-range mixing. The shear force also thins bubble membranes and accelerates bubble rupture.

Revolution and rotation run simultaneously. Materials complete the full cycle of "Mixing → Dispersion → Defoaming" inside the sealed container. Constant speed ratio maintained by gear transmission guarantees consistency and repeatability of test data across batches.

  • How does the stirring and defoaming machine work?

The SIENOX stirring and defoaming machine performs defoaming through centrifugal force at revolution and stirring through shear force formed by revolution and rotation,

Assisted by a vacuum pump to extract gas and achieve a vacuum state, removing nanoscale tiny bubbles. No contact with materials, no secondary pollution, and no secondary waste.

  • What is the function of a defoaming machine?

A defoaming machine is a device used to remove bubbles from liquids. Its function is to assist in the liquid mixing, reaction, coating, printing, infusion and other process steps in the production process, avoiding the generation of bubbles and their impact on the final product. In many industrial and laboratory environments, removing bubbles is essential as they may have a negative impact on product quality, such as affecting surface tension and stability. Defoaming machines typically use various techniques such as vibration, ultrasound, centrifugation, etc. to achieve effective bubble removal. It has a wide range of applications, including but not limited to semiconductors, solar energy, optics, biotechnology, materials science, etc.
