Working Principle

Dual‑power synchronous operation of planetary revolution and rotation, paired with deep vacuum defoaming and precise temperature control, achieves one‑step completion of mixing, temperature regulation and defoaming.

Step 1: Centrifugal Force Generated by Planetary Revolution 

High‑speed rotation of planetary disc generates centrifugal force to drive full‑range material convection for macro‑mixing. Large‑volume tank ensures uniform mixing for bulk batches, meanwhile pushing bubbles toward axis for escape. Temperature‑control system runs simultaneously to keep materials within target temperature range. 

Step 2: Shear Force Provided by Container Rotation

Container rotation generates shear force to break agglomerated particles for micro‑dispersion. Planetary‑rotation ratio (fixed/adjustable) is optional; fixed ratio guarantees batch consistency while adjustable ratio adapts to various materials. Shear force thins bubble membranes to accelerate rupture. No agitator paddle contacts materials to lower contamination risk.
