SIENOX SIE‑ZK800 Vacuum Defoamer features a 512L large chamber of 800×800×800 mm for whole‑piece defoaming of oversized products. Partition position and quantity can be customized on request. Comprehensive safety protection covers over‑temperature, overload and ground protection. Multi‑stage PID temperature control ranges from ambient to 300℃ with ±0.5℃ accuracy. Extra layers support high‑volume small‑part processing, while adjustable layer spacing accommodates products of varying heights. Full‑Range Safety Detection

Triple‑circuit safety: ground protection, quick‑fuse and overload protection. Independent over‑temperature protector cuts power and triggers alarms upon temperature runaway. Digital vacuum gauge monitors chamber negative pressure in real‑time. Complete vacuum‑line safety components include pressure‑relief valve and check valve. Guarantees operator‑equipment safety during long‑hour mass‑production runs.

Working Principle

Bubbles expand and burst under negative pressure for gas escape to improve material compactness.

Step 1: Evacuate to build negative pressure
Built‑in vacuum pump reaches ‑100kPa within 3‑5 minutes. Negative pressure expands bubbles inside materials. 

Step 2: Heating‑assisted defoaming
Thermal‑radiation heating adjustable from ambient to 300℃ reduces material viscosity to accelerate bubble rupture and escape. 

Step 3: Non‑contact property preservation
Materials remain static inside vacuum chamber without agitator contact, keeping original chemical properties.
