Working Principle

Bubbles expand and burst under negative‑pressure environment to force gas escape and improve material compactness.

Step 1: Vacuum pumping to build negative pressure: The built-in vacuum pump reaches -100kPa within 3-5 minutes. The negative pressure environment expands bubbles inside materials.

Step 2: Heating-assisted defoaming: Thermal radiation heating adjustable from room temperature to 300°C reduces material viscosity and accelerates bubble rupture and escape.

Step 3: Non-contact purity preservation: Materials stay static inside the vacuum chamber with no contact from stirring paddles, keeping the chemical properties of materials unchanged.
