SIENOX SIE‑ZK1000 vacuum defoamer adopts a 1000L kiloliter‑grade chamber of 1000×1000×1000mm for whole‑piece defoaming of oversized workpieces. Layers and layer spacing of multi‑layer mesh plates are customizable. Multi‑point temperature sensors guarantee uniform temperature inside the large chamber. Multi‑segment PID temperature control ranges from ambient to 300℃ with accuracy of ±0.5℃. Non‑contact vacuum defoaming keeps material chemical properties unchanged.

Multi-point Temperature Control for Uniformity

The large chamber is equipped with multi-point temperature sensors to monitor temperature in all areas in real time, adopting PID+SSR solid state relay temperature control with an accuracy of ±0.5℃. Precise temperature control ensures consistent defoaming effect for products in different positions and stable batch production quality.

Working Principle

Bubbles expand and burst under negative‑pressure environment to force gas escape and improve material compactness.

Step 1: Vacuumize to build negative pressure
Built‑in vacuum pump reaches ‑100kPa within 3‑5 minutes. Negative pressure expands bubbles inside materials. 

Step 2: Heating‑assisted defoaming
Thermal radiation heating adjustable from ambient to 300℃ reduces material viscosity and accelerates bubble rupture and escape. 

Step 3: Non‑contact property preservation
Materials stand still inside vacuum chamber without agitator contact, keeping original chemical properties.
