Silicone Defoaming Machine
Eliminate Bubbles in Silicone Potting and Mixing · Transparent Adhesive Crystal Clear Without White Spots and More Uniform Filler Dispersion
Vacuum Defoaming + Dispersion of Filler Agglomerates + Non-contact Mixing Without Impairing Platinum Catalyst System
SIENOX silicone defoaming solution addresses bubbles generated during mixing and potting of potting silicone, silicone rubber, thermal conductive grease and silicone gel. It carries out mixing and defoaming under negative pressure of −98 kPa, yielding transparent silicone with crystal clear appearance free of white spots and thermal conductive adhesive with evenly dispersed fillers and no voids.
✓ CE Certification ✓ ISO9001 Quality System ✓ RoHS Compliance ✓ Custom Voltage Available (110V/220V)
Why Silicone Defoaming Machine Is Required
Transparent Potting Silicone IndustryBubbles and white spots in transparent or white potting silicone are highly visible under transmitted light, which directly affects appearance and light transmittance. Bubbles also reduce sealing and insulation reliability. Properly defoamed silicone features clear and uniform texture. | Thermal Conductive Grease & Gel IndustryThermal conductive grease and thermal conductive gel contain large amounts of thermal conductive fillers with high viscosity and tend to agglomerate. Trapped bubbles and voids increase thermal resistance, resulting in poor heat dissipation of chips and shortened service life. Vacuum mixing enables simultaneous defoaming and deagglomeration of fillers. | Addition-cured Silicone Rubber IndustryAddition-cured (platinum-catalyzed) silicone rubber is sensitive to impurities. Contact with sulfur, phosphorus or amines may cause catalyst poisoning and failed curing. Meanwhile, air entrapment during mixing creates pores inside vulcanized parts. Non-contact vacuum defoaming provides higher safety. |
✨ Traditional Dilemma: Air entrapment during manual mixing and the difficulty for bubbles to rise in high-viscosity silicone; addition-cured adhesives may fail to cure once contaminated. Hence, a vacuum, non-contact and reproducible defoaming method is required.
Why Choose SIENOX Silicone Defoaming Solution
Vacuum Elimination of MicrobubblesNegative pressure drives microbubbles within transparent silicone to rise, delivering crystal clear adhesive surface without white spots and meeting the requirements of high-transparency potting. | Shear Dispersion of FillersRotational shear breaks up agglomerates of thermal conductive fillers. After void removal, fillers form tighter contact for improved thermal conductivity consistency. | Non-contact & Contamination-freeIt will not damage the platinum catalyst system and cause no cross-contamination. 100 recipe storage slots support stable and reproducible silicone processes for mass production. |

How does the stirring and defoaming machine work?
The SIENOX stirring and defoaming machine performs defoaming through centrifugal force at revolution and stirring through shear force formed by revolution and rotation,
Assisted by a vacuum pump to extract gas and achieve a vacuum state, removing nanoscale tiny bubbles. No contact with materials, no secondary pollution, and no secondary waste.

What is the function of a defoaming machine?
A defoaming machine is a device used to remove bubbles from liquids. Its function is to assist in the liquid mixing, reaction, coating, printing, infusion and other process steps in the production process, avoiding the generation of bubbles and their impact on the final product. In many industrial and laboratory environments, removing bubbles is essential as they may have a negative impact on product quality, such as affecting surface tension and stability. Defoaming machines typically use various techniques such as vibration, ultrasound, centrifugation, etc. to achieve effective bubble removal. It has a wide range of applications, including but not limited to semiconductors, solar energy, optics, biotechnology, materials science, etc.

Precautions for Use
| Precautions | Operating Instructions |
| Contamination Prevention | Tools and containers for addition-cured silicone shall not come into contact with substances containing sulfur, phosphorus or amines to prevent catalyst poisoning and curing failure. |
| Heating for Viscosity Reduction | High-viscosity thermal grease can be moderately heated to reduce viscosity before defoaming for higher defoaming efficiency. |
| Slow Pressure Relief | Release pressure slowly after defoaming and before opening the lid to avoid bubble reformation on adhesive surface. |
| Uniform Mixing | For filler-loaded silicone, match loading volume with rotation speed to prevent filler sedimentation and uneven dispersion. |
