Working Principle
Adopt collaborative process of planetary revolution, container rotation and high‑vacuum sealing
Planetary Revolution: The large tray carrying material cups rotates at high speed around the main shaft to generate centrifugal force, evenly spreading materials toward the container wall, dispersing powder agglomeration and improving colloid stratification. Container Rotation: The material cups perform synchronous reverse rotation to form 360° internal fluid turbulence for full homogeneous mixing. No internal stirring blades touch the materials, effectively reducing the risk of metal debris contamination. Sealed Vacuum Defoaming: The sealed chamber reaches a negative pressure of -98kPa to expand the pressure difference inside and outside materials. Micro and nano-scale bubbles expand gradually, float up and exhaust out of the chamber.
