The SIE‑MIX5000 planetary vacuum defoaming mixer meets mixing and defoaming requirements from 0‑5000 mL. Dual‑driven revolution‑rotation mixing combined with ‑98 kPa negative vacuum environment achieves consistent density, uniform dispersion and deep‑layer defoaming for multi‑component materials. Suitable for small‑batch pilot vacuum defoaming of new‑energy lithium‑ion battery materials, photovoltaic conductive silver paste, medical polymer gels and other substances. Customization is available.

Why Must Microbubbles in Materials Be Eliminated?

Residual nanoscale micro‑bubbles inside materials directly affect product yield and performance stability.

Semiconductor Packaging Industry

Micro‑bubbles inside chip encapsulation adhesives cause voids in insulating layers, which may lead to local breakdown and electric leakage after power‑on. Bubbles degrade the thermal conductivity of adhesives, resulting in excessive temperature rise of chips and shortened service life of components. Dents and pinholes appear on packaging surfaces, failing full visual inspection.

Nano‑Conductive Slurry Industry

Bubbles within silver nanowires and nano‑conductive pastes cut off conductive paths and cause large fluctuations in finished‑product resistance values. Bubbles lead to uneven coating thickness, reduced conduction stability of electronic circuits and scattered parameters among batch products, raising testing and screening costs.

Optical Phosphor Industry

Bubbles trapped in phosphor colloids trigger light scattering, bringing about uneven brightness and obvious chromatic aberration for lamps and display devices. Bubbles reduce colloid light transmittance, causing optical products to fail performance specifications and lowering finished‑product yield.


✨ Pain points of conventional defoaming: Ordinary planetary mixing‑defoaming machines remove bubbles relying on centrifugal force, with limited performance for eliminating nanoscale micro‑bubbles in high‑viscosity materials. Static defoaming is time‑consuming and incomplete. Vacuum mixing‑defoaming applies ‑98 kPa vacuum negative pressure during planetary agitation, reduces pressure difference inside and outside bubbles to prompt micro‑bubbles to expand and escape, and achieves deep‑layer defoaming performance unavailable with conventional mixing.

Standard dual‑station supports 5L material per batch, loading volume adjustable on demand. Wide speed range from 0‑1200 rpm, compatible with medium‑high viscosity pastes and nano‑powder slurries to meet continuous processing requirements of medium‑scale production lines.

Centrifugal‑Planetary Synergy

High‑speed revolution generates strong centrifugal force, while container rotation creates three‑dimensional shear flow for improved powder dispersion. Fixed / free revolution‑rotation ratio optional for precision material formulas of varying viscosity.

Precision Optional Modules

Negative pressure, heating‑cooling unit and MES system are available for retrofitting. Hundreds of process recipes can be stored. Equipped with inertial stop function and multi‑safety interlocks for standardized production control in precision electronics manufacturing.

Working Principle

Adopts synergistic process combining planetary revolution, vessel rotation and closed high‑vacuum environment.

Planetary Revolution: The large material‑carrying plate rotates at high speed to generate stable centrifugal force, spreading materials toward the side walls of vessels, breaking up nano‑powder agglomerates and mitigating solid‑liquid stratification; 

Vessel Counter‑Rotation: Material cups perform synchronous counter‑rotation, generating 360° three‑dimensional turbulence inside. No stirring paddles come into contact with materials, lowering the risk of metal impurity contamination; 

Vacuum‑Assisted Defoaming: The closed chamber draws negative pressure to expand the pressure difference between inside and outside of materials, enabling deep‑seated micro‑ and nano‑bubbles to rise and separate out. Centrifugal force assists bubbles in migrating rapidly to the material surface. Homogenizing mixing and bubble elimination are achieved simultaneously, suitable for high‑precision material processing in precision‑electronics applications.
