SIE-MIX5000 planetary vacuum mixing defoamer meets mixing and defoaming requirements from 0 to 5000mL. Equipped with dual-power stirring of revolution and rotation and -98kPa vacuum negative pressure environment, it achieves consistent density, uniform dispersion and deep defoaming for multi-material mixing. It is suitable for vacuum defoaming in small-batch pilot tests of new energy lithium battery, photovoltaic conductive silver paste, medical polymer gel and other materials, with customization available.

Why Must Microbubbles in Materials Be Eliminated?

Residual micro‑bubbles in materials directly affect finished‑product yield and performance

Semiconductor Packaging Industry

Microbubbles inside chip encapsulation adhesive form voids in insulating layers, easily causing local breakdown and electric leakage after power-on. Bubbles weaken thermal conductivity of adhesive, leading to excessive temperature rise of chips and shortened service life of components. They also cause dents and pinholes on packaging surfaces, failing full visual inspection.

Nano Conductive Slurry Industry

Bubbles in silver nanowires and nano conductive paste cut off conductive paths and trigger large fluctuations in finished resistance. Bubbles result in uneven coating thickness, reduced stability of electronic circuit conduction, scattered parameters of batch products and higher testing & screening costs.

Optical Phosphor Industry

Bubbles trapped in phosphor colloid cause light scattering, resulting in uneven brightness and obvious chromatic aberration for lamps and display devices. Bubbles reduce colloid light transmittance, making optical products fail optical specifications and lowering finished product yield.

✨ Traditional defoaming dilemma: Ordinary planetary mixers remove bubbles only by centrifugal force, with limited effect on nano microbubbles in high-viscosity materials. Static defoaming is time-consuming and incomplete. Vacuum stirring defoaming applies -98kPa negative pressure during planetary mixing, reducing pressure difference inside and outside bubbles to expand and release microbubbles, achieving deep defoaming unavailable for ordinary mixing.

5L Standard Large Capacity

The standard dual-station design supports 5L materials per batch with adjustable loading volume. A wide speed range of 0-1200rpm adapts to medium and high-viscosity pastes and nano-particle slurries, meeting the continuous processing demands of medium-sized production lines.

Centrifugal & Planetary Synergy

High-speed revolution generates strong centrifugal force, and container rotation creates three-dimensional shear flow for optimized powder dispersion. Fixed and free revolution-rotation speed ratios are optional to fit precision material formulas of varying viscosities.

Precision Optional Modules

Negative pressure, heating & cooling and MES systems are optional. It supports storage of hundreds of process programs, with inertial shutdown and multiple safety locks, suitable for standardized production management of precision electronics.

✨ When vacuum defoaming is required and the output reaches 5000mL, MIX5000 is the preferred pilot-scale option within the planetary vacuum mixer defoamer series for small-batch production.

Working Principle

Adopts collaborative process of planetary revolution, container rotation and sealed high vacuum

Planetary revolution: The material carrier plate rotates at high speed to generate stable centrifugal force, spreading materials toward the container sidewall, dispersing nano powder agglomerates and mitigating solid-liquid stratification. 

Container rotation: The cup rotates in the reverse direction synchronously, forming 360° three-dimensional turbulence inside. No stirring paddle contacts materials, lowering the risk of metal impurity contamination. 

Vacuum-assisted defoaming: The chamber is sealed for negative pressure extraction, expanding the pressure difference inside and outside materials to make deep micro and nano bubbles rise and separate. Centrifugal force helps bubbles migrate rapidly to the material surface. Homogenizing mixing and bubble separation are completed simultaneously, suitable for high-precision material processing in precision electronics.
