Why Planetary Mixing Is Required

Uneven mixing and dispersion of slurry directly impair end‑product performance.

Adhesive Industry

Uneven dispersion between fillers and resin base in epoxy adhesive, polyurethane adhesive and other adhesives leads to fluctuated cured strength, dense bubbles on bonding surfaces and unstable durability. Through compound revolution‑rotation motion, the planetary mixer generates intense kneading interference for high‑viscosity glue. The high‑speed dispersing disc shears filler agglomerates, and vacuum defoaming eliminates air bubbles generated during mixing to guarantee cured strength and bonding consistency of pilot‑scale adhesives.

Ceramic Slurry Industry

Poor solid‑liquid dispersion in alumina, zirconia and other ceramic slurries results in fluctuated cast film thickness, inconsistent sintering shrinkage and higher finished‑product cracking rate. Equipped with enhanced helical frame and wall‑scraping paddles, the low‑clearance design achieves dead‑zone‑free mixing for high‑solid‑content ceramic slurry. High‑speed dispersing disc reduces powder particles to micron level and ensures favorable rheological property and sintering stability for pilot‑scale ceramic slurry.

Cosmetic Paste Industry

Uneven oil‑water phase dispersion in cream, sunscreen and other cosmetic pastes causes rough texture, poor skin feel and unstable delamination. The kneading interference motion of low‑speed mixing paddle realizes homogeneous paste emulsification. Temperature sensor provides precise ±0.5 ℃ temperature control to maintain proper emulsification temperature range. Vacuum defoaming removes paste bubbles for fine skin feel and guarantees texture and stability for medium‑batch cosmetic paste production.

Equipped with an oil-free vacuum pump to remove internal slurry bubbles during mixing. The direct-contact temperature sensor achieves a precise measurement error of ±0.5℃ with fast response. Supporting both heating and cooling functions, it accurately controls slurry temperature and avoids changes to material rheological properties caused by mixing heat. The fully vacuum-sealed design isolates air and moisture contamination during the mixing process.

Working Principle

Both low‑speed mixing paddle and high‑speed dispersing disc perform rotation and revolution to realize mixing and dispersion simultaneously.

Step 1: Revolution‑Rotation of Low‑Speed Mixing Paddle
The low‑speed mixing paddle revolves clockwise and rotates counter‑clockwise, eliminating vessel wall dead zones with wall‑scraping paddles. The low‑clearance design generates intense kneading interference and omnidirectional circulating motion for materials. No "climbing" occurs for high‑viscosity slurry, and multi‑component materials start uniform mixing. 

Step 2: Shearing & De‑agglomeration by High‑Speed Dispersing Disc
The serrated dispersing disc on high‑speed dispersing shaft rotates at high speed with max. linear speed of 15m/s to strongly shear and break agglomerated particles. Low‑speed mixing and high‑speed dispersion run simultaneously. Materials achieve sufficient dispersion and uniform blending under alternating kneading and shearing. 

Step 3: Vacuum Defoaming & Temperature Control
Adjustable vacuum down to ‑0.098 MPa continuously removes internal slurry bubbles during mixing. Direct‑contact temperature sensor monitors slurry temperature in real‑time with ±0.5 ℃ precision, supporting heating and cooling. Upon completion of set time, screw‑driven vessel descends for easy discharging and cleaning.
