SIENOX Planetary Stirring Defoaming Mixer|Hermetic, Clean Homogenization and Defoaming for Dental Materials
date:2026-10-30author:小施Dental composite resins, temporary crown resins and dental gels are high-value refined medical materials with strict control requirements for impurities, bubbles and temperature rise. Conventional stirring equipment tends to introduce debris and generate bubbles, and excessive shear heat may trigger premature curing of resins.
Featuring clean paddle-free mixing, low shear force and micro-volume processing, SIENOX planetary stirring defoaming mixers are well suited for dental material R&D. The micro-volume cups support small-batch formulation tuning for dental materials and save costly dental resin raw materials. The paddle-free design eliminates contamination by metal debris. Cups are available in PTFE and low-leaching materials to meet foreign substance control standards for medical materials.
The equipment supports low-shear process profiles to gently disperse inorganic fillers and pigments without damaging nano-fillers, preserving the light transmittance and wear resistance of resins. Multi-segment programmable processes enable low-speed pre-mixing and gentle vacuum defoaming to prevent premature reaction of light-curable resins. An optional temperature control module regulates material temperature rise and keeps stable curing shrinkage performance of resins.
Quick-change cup design allows separate cups for formulas of different shades and strengths to avoid cross-contamination. Many dental consumable R&D laboratories adopt this equipment for new-formula development, and section inspection shows stable and controllable porosity of finished products.
SIENOX has built a dedicated process library for dental resins, with differentiated dispersion and defoaming strategies for flowable resins, high-strength posterior resins and aesthetic restorative resins. Leveraging hardware advantages, we help dental material manufacturers stabilize the quality of restorations and satisfy high standards for oral medical materials.
