Beyond hardware supply, SIENOX offers complimentary sample testing services. With a full range of defoaming machines in its in-house laboratory, we conduct mixing and defoaming verification for customers' materials in advance.

Customers send material samples. Our technical engineers evaluate material viscosity, solid content, reaction characteristics and solvent types, select matching equipment for testing, adjust process parameters including rotation speed, vacuum level and duration, prepare test samples, and deliver defoaming performance, dispersion status, recommended process curves together with sample photos and test reports.

Customers can directly adopt the recommended parameters after purchasing the equipment, greatly shortening the self-exploration cycle.

During testing, we also assess whether special modules such as explosion-proof units, temperature control, PTFE cups or glove box connection are required for the materials, and provide equipment configuration suggestions to prevent improper selection.

After equipment delivery, engineers conduct on-site installation, training and on-site material debugging, guiding operators through programming, cup replacement and basic maintenance.
