Users can set multiple independent process segments freely. For each segment, the revolution and rotation speed, operation duration, vacuum on/off status and vacuum holding pressure parameters can be defined separately. Processes run automatically and continuously without manual intervention. The machine can store hundreds of independent process schemes. Different material recipes can be recalled with one click, eliminating errors caused by manual parameter recording and repeated debugging, and ensuring consistent process performance for samples of different batches.

The built-in operation log automatically records the speed, vacuum level, temperature and running duration of each cycle, and supports data export for recipe comparison and experiment report archiving in laboratories, meeting the digital experiment management requirements of research institutes and corporate R&D labs. It retains the paddle-free sealed cup design. Only the cup needs to be replaced when switching materials, simplifying cleaning and reducing the risk of cross-contamination. A temperature control module can be extended for linked temperature protection within the program to avoid material degradation caused by overheating.

This machine is applicable for sample preparation of various materials such as adhesives, silicone, silver paste, phosphor powder, dental materials and carbon nanotube slurries.
