Vacuum degree of ‑98kPa for simultaneous defoaming during emulsification. High‑viscosity slurries and pastes tend to trap air bubbles during emulsification; bubbles are efficiently removed under vacuum for denser and more uniform slurries. One‑step operation fulfills both emulsification and defoaming for higher process efficiency.

0‑1000 mL Pilot‑scale Processing Volume 

0‑1000 mL processing volume covers common pilot‑scale batches. One unit handles formula verification of several hundred milliliters as well as process scale‑up close to 1 liter. 1×2‑tank synchronous design completes comparative experiments in a single run.
