SIENOX planetary stirring and defoaming machine adds multi-stage anti-suck-back and defoaming separation structures in the vacuum circuit. Foam and liquid droplets generated by material boiling will be intercepted in the separation cavity instead of entering the vacuum pump directly. Equipped with vacuum pressure linkage protection, the system can release pressure automatically and rapidly once abnormal liquid level in the pipeline is detected to block the risk of material suck-back. Combined with gradient staged vacuum pumping program, the vacuum degree rises slowly to reduce the boiling and foaming probability of low-viscosity materials, realizing dual protection of software and hardware.
