The explosion-proof planetary stirring and defoaming machine features structural upgrades for electric control, vacuum system and motor assemblies. Explosion-proof electrical components are adopted to avoid electric spark risks. The vacuum circuit is designed with anti-static function to eliminate the risk of solvent vapor ignition by static electricity. Materials are processed in sealed cups for paddle-free planetary mixing and defoaming. Restricting materials inside the cups reduces solvent volatilization and diffusion. The machine retains full safety protections including eccentric protection, vacuum overpressure protection, over-temperature shutdown and emergency stop. The explosion-proof logic is linked with the original safety system.
