Aiming at the industry pain point that submicron microbubbles inside highly filled colloids and nano slurries are difficult to remove completely, SIENOX has completed the vacuum system iterative upgrade of planetary stirring and defoaming machines. Equipped with a gradient segmented vacuum control module, the equipment further improves deep defoaming performance to meet the stringent bubble-free requirements for the preparation of high-end precision materials.

The upgraded planetary stirring and defoaming machine retains the mature planetary revolution and rotation mixing structure with unchanged paddle-free centrifugal mixing mechanism. Uniform material dispersion is achieved by compound centrifugal force. The core upgrade lies in the gradient vacuum control logic. Different from the traditional single constant vacuum pumping mode, the equipment can adjust the negative pressure rate and vacuum degree in stages according to preset programs, slowly releasing tiny bubbles trapped inside materials. It prevents boiling and overflow of low-viscosity materials, and gradually separates microbubbles deeply hidden in high-viscosity pastes and high-solid-content slurries to realize deeper defoaming.

The whole machine control system is optimized synchronously. Real-time collection and display of vacuum pressure are supported, and vacuum curves can be recorded and exported, helping researchers trace process data and meet data retention requirements for material formula experiments. Multi-stage process programs can be bound with gradient vacuum logic, and exclusive vacuum pumping strategies can be matched for materials of different viscosities. Custom fixtures are available to adapt to syringes and various cups. A temperature control module is optional to regulate material temperature and avoid premature curing and solvent volatilization caused by high temperature.

The upgraded models are widely suitable for R&D and pilot production of high-end materials such as conductive slurries, optical adhesives, battery slurries, ceramic slurries and medical gels. Benefiting from enhanced defoaming capability, residual bubbles inside treated materials are greatly reduced, and the compactness, optical performance and electrical stability of finished products are improved. SIENOX provides sample testing, on-site process technical support and full-lifecycle maintenance services for equipment. The planetary stirring and defoaming machine with gradient vacuum upgrade further expands the process boundary in the high-end new material industry.
