October 18 marks the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, the Double Ninth Festival. "Nine" is regarded as a yang number. Two nines stacked together give the festival its name "Double Ninth". Since "nine nine" sounds like "long-lasting" in Chinese, ancient people climbed mountains, appreciated chrysanthemums and wore dogwood on this day, praying for longevity. What the Double Ninth Festival highlights is essentially "precipitation": only after removing superficial fickleness can we see the true essence.

The same philosophy applies to manufacturing industrial equipment.

Invisible air bubbles hidden inside slurry are just like fickleness hidden in life. If bubbles remain, micropores, defects and stress concentration points will form after curing, reducing service life and reliability of materials. SIENOX has been deeply engaged in vacuum mixing defoaming and centrifugal defoaming technology for many years. What we do is straightforward: fully mix and defoam materials under vacuum environment, release bubbles trapped in slurry, adhesives and packaging glue one by one, and obtain uniform, dense and pure materials.

This essence of "removing impurities and retaining purity" embodies the value of defoaming machines:

New energy battery slurry: cleaner defoaming, better coating consistency and fewer electrode sheet defects;

Semiconductor packaging adhesive: thorough bubble removal for guaranteed packaging reliability and service life;

Adhesives and electronic glues: finer colloid, smoother dispensing and more stable performance after curing.

One more point of material purity means one more point of durability for finished products, which echoes the implied meaning of "long-lasting" of the Double Ninth Festival.

Mountain climbing helps us see the bigger picture; bubble elimination preserves true quality. SIENOX treats every defoaming machine and every defoaming operation as a long-term undertaking. Instead of chasing instant success, we help materials restore their inherent purity through vacuum and mixing.

On this Double Ninth Festival, remember to call your elders and have meals with them. "Long-lasting" stands not only for longevity, but also for companionship.

Wishing all clients, partners and families peace and all the best on the Double Ninth Festival.
