施诺斯 SIE-BM500 高能行星式球磨机,是一款具有超高性能的行星式球磨机。同一个转盘上可装配不同数量的研磨罐底座(单罐/双罐/四罐),机器体积小、易操作,主盘转速最高可达650rpm,可以实现对硬的、软的、脆的、干的、湿的等材料连续无损耗高效粉碎和研磨。除常规粉体研磨外,SIE-BM500 也满足机械合金化处理和胶质材料研磨所需的技术要求和能量输入。 

研磨罐规格覆盖 80mL、250mL、500mL,适合从研发小试到小批量生产的不同阶段需求。研磨罐安装在主盘上,主盘公转的同时研磨罐反向高速自转,罐内磨球通过高速摩擦和撞击实现超细粉碎。配备可编程触控液晶屏,支持定时运行、正反交替运行、间隙运行及数据存储,双风扇强制通风保障长时间运行稳定。适用于锂电材料中试、机械合金化、陶瓷粉体小批量生产等场景。

为什么需要超细球磨

研发放大与小批量生产阶段,样品粒度一致性直接影响工艺数据的可靠性

锂电材料中试

三元、磷酸铁锂、石墨等正负极材料从实验室小试走向中试时,需要更大批量的研磨验证。SIE-BM500 配备 500mL 研磨罐,单次研磨量满足配方放大需求,配合氧化锆或玛瑙研磨罐避免金属离子污染,保障中试数据与小试数据一致。

机械合金化

金属粉末合金化需要长时间高能量球磨,普通球磨机能量输入不足、研磨时间长。SIE-BM500 主盘转速最高 650rpm,离心加速度 22–29g,满足机械合金化所需的能量输入,实现金属粉末的合金化和纳米晶制备。

陶瓷粉小批量试制

MLCC 介质粉、结构陶瓷粉在配方验证阶段需要 500mL 级别的研磨量,以评估成型和烧结性能。多材质研磨罐可选,防止不同陶瓷配方交叉污染,小批量试制即可验证终端产品性能。

✨ 传统前处理的局限:高速分散机只能混合分散、不能真正研磨;砂磨机适合大批量生产,不适合小批量多品种切换;小型球磨机容量有限,无法满足研发放大需求。SIE-BM500 兼顾研磨细度与单次处理量。

撞击力 + 剪切力双重超细研磨

材料的粉碎和研磨主要通过磨球之间的高速摩擦和碰撞实现。主盘转速最高可达650rpm,当大盘旋转时,装有样品和磨球的研磨罐围绕自身中心轴向反方向高速自转,磨球在罐内高速穿梭,通过撞击罐壁和相互摩擦进一步粉碎样品。研磨至分析级细度通常不超过5分钟,出料细度小于0.1μm,满足从研发到小批量生产对细度的要求。

单/双/四罐灵活配置,适配不同批量

同一转盘支持单罐、双罐、四罐三种配置,研磨罐规格覆盖80mL、250mL、500mL。小批量研发用单罐,平行对比实验用双罐或四罐,小批量生产用满配四罐。水平导轨式配重配合弓形配重板,不同罐数切换后无需重新配重,换料切换方便。

SIE-BM500 不仅满足常规粉体超细研磨,其能量输入也满足机械合金化处理和胶质材料研磨的技术要求。研磨罐材质覆盖不锈钢、真空不锈钢、玛瑙、陶瓷、氧化锆、尼龙、聚四氟乙烯、碳化钨、氮化硅等,适用于金属粉末合金化、高纯材料、腐蚀性物料等多种工况。

工作原理

基于行星运动原理

施诺斯 SIE-BM500 基于行星运动原理工作。研磨罐安装在主盘(太阳轮)上,主盘绕中心轴公转的同时,研磨罐在自身轴线上高速自转,公转与自转方向相反,单罐传动比 1:1.82、四罐传动比 1:2.19。

 

在这种复合运动下,研磨罐内的研磨介质(磨球)受到两种力的交替作用: 

撞击力:磨球在高速运动中被抛起,对样品产生强烈冲击,实现粗颗粒的破碎; 

摩擦力与剪切力:磨球之间、磨球与罐壁之间产生高频摩擦和剪切作用,实现细颗粒的研磨与分散。 


当公转产生的离心加速度超过临界值时,磨球被压紧在罐壁上随罐体一同旋转,不再产生有效的研磨作用。因此,合理的转速设定与传动比设计是保证研磨效率的关键。施诺斯经过传动比优化设计,确保在不同罐数配置下均获得合适的离心加速度,从而实现高效研磨。

研磨介质填充率:通常为罐容积的 1/3 至 1/2 

典型研磨时间:5–60 分钟(视物料硬度与目标细度而定)

    The SIENOX stirring and defoaming machine performs defoaming through centrifugal force at revolution and stirring through shear force formed by revolution and rotation,

    Assisted by a vacuum pump to extract gas and achieve a vacuum state, removing nanoscale tiny bubbles. No contact with materials, no secondary pollution, and no secondary waste.
