施诺斯 SIE-BM80 双罐高能行星式球磨机,是快速、均匀、超细研磨的理想装备。它可以将硬的、软的、脆的、湿的以及胶质样品研磨至非常精细的程度,根据最终出料粒度需求不同,适用于干磨和悬浮研磨。除粉碎功能外,该研磨仪同样可用于混合和均匀乳液和糊状物。
研磨罐安装在主盘上,主盘公转的同时研磨罐反向高速自转,罐内磨球通过高速摩擦和撞击实现超细粉碎。主盘转速 100–800rpm 连续可调,出料细度小于0.1μm。配备可编程触控液晶屏,支持定时运行、正反交替运行、间隙运行及数据存储。适用于高校科研、锂电材料、陶瓷粉体、地矿分析、医药研发等行业小批量样品前处理。

工作原理
基于行星运动原理
行SIE-BM80 基于行星运动原理工作。研磨罐安装在主盘(太阳轮)上,主盘绕中心轴公转的同时,研磨罐在自身轴线上高速自转,公转与自转方向相反,相对传动比为 1:2。
在这种复合运动下,研磨罐内的研磨介质(磨球)受到两种力的交替作用: 撞击力:磨球在高速运动中被抛起,对样品产生强烈冲击,实现粗颗粒的破碎; 摩擦力与剪切力:磨球之间、磨球与罐壁之间产生高频摩擦和剪切作用,实现细颗粒的研磨与分散。 当公转产生的离心加速度超过临界值时,磨球被压紧在罐壁上随罐体一同旋转,不再产生有效的研磨作用。因此,合理的转速设定与传动比设计是保证研磨效率的关键。施诺斯各型号均经过传动比优化,确保在有效转速范围内获得较大的离心加速度,从而实现高效研磨。 典型研磨参数参考: 装样量:≤球磨罐容积的 2/3(含研磨介质与样品) 研磨介质填充率:通常为罐容积的 1/3 至 1/2 典型研磨时间:5–60 分钟(视物料硬度与目标细度而定) 最终出料细度:可达<0.1μm(与样品材质、研磨参数及介质选择有关) | ![]() |
