Working Principle

SIE‑MIX20LWK adopts synergistic process of planetary revolution, container rotation, sealed vacuum defoaming and temperature control to complete mixing, thermal regulation and defoaming in one step.

Planetary Revolution 

The main turntable revolves around the main shaft to generate centrifugal force, spreading large‑volume materials toward the container wall, breaking powder agglomeration and mitigating stratification of high‑viscosity substances. The temperature‑control system runs simultaneously to maintain target temperature. 

Container Rotation 

Reverse rotation of material cups creates 360° fluid turbulence for full‑range homogeneous mixing. No stirring paddle contacts materials to avoid contamination. Low‑speed high‑torque output adapts to large‑batch high‑viscosity materials. 

Sealed Vacuum Defoaming
The sealed chamber draws negative pressure up to ‑98 kPa to expand pressure difference inside and outside materials. Micro‑/nano‑scale bubbles in high‑viscosity materials expand, rise and get removed. Mixing and defoaming are finished within one single process segment.
