工作原理
公转与自转双动力同步运行,实现混合与脱泡一步完成
第一步:公转产生离心力 公转盘高速旋转产生离心力,驱动物料全域对流实现宏观混合,同时将气泡向轴心推移促其逸出。温控系统同步运行,维持材料处于目标温度范围。 第二步:自转提供剪切力 容器自转产生剪切力打散团聚颗粒实现微观分散,固定速比保障全域高效混合,剪切力薄化气泡壁膜加速破裂。无搅拌桨接触物料,降低污染风险。 第三步:真空负压深层脱泡 内置真空装置启动形成负压环境,降低气泡内外压差促使深层微气泡膨胀逸出。-98至0kPa可调真空度适配不同粘度材料,免维护运行无污染。 第四步:温控精准调节材料状态 物料在密闭容器内经"混合→分散→真空脱泡→温控调节"全流程,一步完成温控真空脱泡。 | ![]() |
