真空负压协同温控脱泡

标配-98kPa真空系统,负压降低气泡内外压差促使深层微气泡膨胀逸出。真空与温控协同:升温降粘后气泡更易排出,降温时真空负压补偿脱泡效率,不同温度条件下均保持稳定效果。

大容量温控量产平台

1000mL双杯配置,0-2000rpm宽域调速,固定速比保障批量一致性,满足中试放大和小批量产需求。100组配方存储支持多品种切换,程序化运行减少人工误差,153kg稳固机架保障长时间运行稳定。

工作原理

公转与自转双动力同步运行,辅以真空负压深层脱泡与双模温控精准调温,实现混合、温控与脱泡一步完成

第一步:公转产生离心力 

公转盘高速旋转产生离心力,驱动物料全域对流实现宏观混合,同时将气泡向轴心推移促其逸出。温控系统同步运行,维持材料处于目标温度范围。 

第二步:自转提供剪切力 

容器自转产生剪切力打散团聚颗粒实现微观分散,固定速比保障全域高效混合,剪切力薄化气泡壁膜加速破裂。无搅拌桨接触物料,降低污染风险。 

第三步:真空负压深层脱泡 

真空系统启动形成负压环境,降低气泡内外压差促使深层微气泡膨胀逸出。-98kPa真空度适配不同粘度材料,持续抽离气体提升材料致密度。 

第四步:温控精准调节材料状态 

温控系统贯穿全程,可选择常温-升温或常温-降温模式:升温降粘改善流动性加速气泡排出,降温制冷抑制热降解控制放热反应。温控与搅拌脱泡同步进行,无需单独控温工序。 


物料在密闭容器内经"混合→分散→真空脱泡→温控调节"全流程,一步完成温控真空脱泡。

    Assisted by a vacuum pump to extract gas and achieve a vacuum state, removing nanoscale tiny bubbles. No contact with materials, no secondary pollution, and no secondary waste.
