工作原理
公转与自转双动力同步运行,辅以真空负压深层脱泡与温控精准调温,实现混合、温控与脱泡一步完成
第一步:公转产生离心力 公转盘高速旋转产生离心力,驱动物料全域对流实现宏观混合,大容量釜体配合公转保障大批量均匀混合,同时将气泡向轴心推移促其逸出。温控系统同步运行,维持材料处于目标温度范围。 第二步:自转提供剪切力 容器自转产生剪切力打散团聚颗粒实现微观分散,公自转比可选(固定/可调),固定速比保障一致性,可调速比适配不同物料。剪切力薄化气泡壁膜加速破裂,无搅拌桨接触物料降低污染风险。 第三步:真空负压深层脱泡 真空系统启动形成负压环境,降低气泡内外压差促使深层微气泡膨胀逸出。-98kPa真空度适配不同粘度材料,大容量处理条件下保持稳定脱泡效果。 第四步:温控精准调节材料状态 温控系统贯穿全程,可选择常温-升温或常温-降温模式:升温降粘改善流动性加速气泡排出,降温制冷抑制热降解控制放热反应。温控与搅拌脱泡同步进行,无需单独控温工序。 物料在密闭容器内经"混合→分散→真空脱泡→温控调节"全流程,一步完成温控真空脱泡。 | ![]() |
