工作原理
SIE-MIX15LWK采用行星公转+容器自转+密闭真空脱泡+温控协同工艺,实现混合、温控与脱泡一步完成
行星公转 大盘围绕主轴公转产生离心力,推动大容量物料向容器外壁铺展,打散粉体团聚、改善高粘度物料分层。温控系统同步运行维持目标温度。 容器自转 物料杯反向自转形成360°流体湍流实现全域均质混合,无搅拌桨接触物料避免污染。低转速高扭矩输出适配高粘度大容量物料。 密闭真空脱泡 密封腔体抽取负压至-98kPa,物料内外压差扩大,高粘度物料中微米/纳米级气泡膨胀上浮排出,单段工序同步完成搅拌与脱泡。 温控精准调节材料状态 温控贯穿整个搅拌脱泡过程:升温模式降粘改善流动性、加速气泡排出,降温模式抑热降解、控制放热反应。温控与搅拌脱泡同步进行,无需单独控温工序。 行星公转、容器自转、密闭真空脱泡与双模温控协同,一步完成混合→分散→真空脱泡→温控调节全流程。 | ![]() |
