公转与自转双动力同步运行,低速高扭矩适配高粘度材料深层混合与脱泡
第一步:公转混合 低速大扭矩公转产生离心力,推动超大容量高粘度物料在釜体内缓慢翻转,避免材料飞溅,实现宏观层面的渐进式均匀混合。 第二步:自转分散 自转产生持续剪切力,逐步渗透高粘度物料内部,打破深层团聚结构,消除包裹在粘稠基质中的微小气泡,保障超大批量物料的处理一致性。 公转与自转同步运行,物料在密闭容器内完成"混合→分散→脱泡"全流程。双杯设计使两组物料同步处理,提升生产效率。 | ![]() |
