The customer specially emphasized the heat-sensitive property of the material when communicating with sales engineers before sending samples. To help customers solve the problem of excessive material temperature rise without compromising mixing and defoaming performance, Sienox engineers decided to conduct sample tests with stirring and defoaming equipment for the customer.

After receiving the sample, Sienox engineers found that the customer’s material has very high viscosity and dense bubbles. After proportioning according to the parameters provided by the customer and testing with Sienox stirring and defoaming equipment, the material temperature rose above 90°C. Excessively high temperature may cause changes in material properties. Therefore, the customer required the temperature to be controlled at around 40°C.

After discussion, the existing Sienox vacuum stirring and defoaming mixer can meet the customer’s requirements for bubble removal and thorough mixing, but it cannot keep the temperature within the customer’s ideal range. To reduce temperature without altering material properties, the equipment needs customized cooling function to realize temperature control.

Tests show that the temperature of materials drops significantly after adopting the temperature-controlled vacuum stirring and defoaming mixer. Repeated tests achieve the customer’s target value. When Sienox engineers sent the test records and results to the customer, the customer was very satisfied and highly recognized Sienox stirring and defoaming equipment.
