工作原理
利用压力及温度去除贴合过程中产生的气泡,增强不同材料之间的粘合力
第一步:加压升温(三模式可选):根据材料特性选择先加压再升温、加温加压同步或先升温再加压,电阻式加热配合加压建立脱泡环境。 第二步:保压脱泡:恒压恒温保持,压力使贴合面气泡受压收缩溶解,温度降低材料粘度辅助气泡从贴合面排出。 第三步:泄压稳定:缓慢泄压至常压,材料间粘合力增强,贴合面气泡消除。 简单三步:加压升温 → 保压脱泡 → 泄压稳定,消除贴合气泡增强粘合力。 | ![]() |
