进气经精密过滤器过滤后再进入腔体,防止空气中灰尘杂质污染试制样品。研发试制阶段样品价值高数量少,一次污染可能浪费整个批次,精密过滤保障试制环境洁净,提高试制成功率。

工作原理

利用压力及温度去除贴合过程中产生的气泡,增强不同材料之间的粘合力

第一步:加压升温(三模式可选):根据材料特性选择先加压再升温、加温加压同步或先升温再加压,电阻式加热配合加压建立脱泡环境。 

第二步:保压脱泡:恒压恒温保持,压力使贴合面气泡受压收缩溶解,温度降低材料粘度辅助气泡从贴合面排出。 

第三步:泄压稳定:缓慢泄压至常压,材料间粘合力增强,贴合面气泡消除。 


简单三步:加压升温 → 保压脱泡 → 泄压稳定,消除贴合气泡增强粘合力。

    The SIENOX stirring and defoaming machine performs defoaming through centrifugal force at revolution and stirring through shear force formed by revolution and rotation,

    Assisted by a vacuum pump to extract gas and achieve a vacuum state, removing nanoscale tiny bubbles. No contact with materials, no secondary pollution, and no secondary waste.
