采用欧姆龙温控器,PID自动调节温度,温控精度±1.0℃,内部温差±3℃。温度直接影响OCA胶和封装胶的流动性,精准温控使每批次材料在相同温度条件下脱泡,避免温度波动导致的脱泡效果差异。

声光电报警微电脑显示

报警时声光电同步提示,微电脑显示报警内容,操作人员可快速定位故障原因。小批量生产中设备故障可能导致整批产品报废,声光电报警系统让异常及时发现处理,减少损失。

工作原理

利用压力及温度去除贴合过程中产生的气泡,增强不同材料之间的粘合力

第一步:加压升温(三模式可选):根据材料特性选择先加压再升温、加温加压同步或先升温再加压,电阻式加热配合加压建立脱泡环境。 

第二步:保压脱泡:恒压恒温保持,压力使贴合面气泡受压收缩溶解,温度降低材料粘度辅助气泡从贴合面排出。 

第三步:泄压稳定:缓慢泄压至常压,材料间粘合力增强,贴合面气泡消除。 


简单三步:加压升温 → 保压脱泡 → 泄压稳定,消除贴合气泡增强粘合力。
