工作原理
基于行星运动原理
施诺斯 SIE-BM5000 基于行星运动原理工作。研磨罐安装在主盘(太阳轮)上,主盘绕中心轴公转的同时,研磨罐在自身轴线上高速自转,公转与自转方向相反。公转转速 190rpm,自转转速 280rpm。
在这种复合运动下,研磨罐内的研磨介质(磨球)受到两种力的交替作用: 撞击力:磨球在高速运动中被抛起,对样品产生强烈冲击,实现粗颗粒的破碎; 摩擦力与剪切力:磨球之间、磨球与罐壁之间产生高频摩擦和剪切作用,实现细颗粒的研磨与分散。 当公转产生的离心加速度超过临界值时,磨球被压紧在罐壁上随罐体一同旋转,不再产生有效的研磨作用。因此,合理的转速设定与传动比设计是保证研磨效率的关键。施诺斯经过传动比优化设计,确保在有效转速范围内获得合适的离心加速度,从而实现高效研磨。 典型研磨参数参考: 装样量:≤球磨罐容积的 2/3(含研磨介质与样品) 研磨介质填充率:通常为罐容积的 1/3 至 1/2 典型研磨时间:5–60 分钟(视物料硬度与目标细度而定) 最终出料细度:可达0.1μm(与样品材质、研磨参数及介质选择有关) | ![]() |
