公转与自转双动力同步运行,中低速大扭矩适配中高粘度材料高效混合
第一步:公转混合 公转产生离心力,推动大容量物料在釜体内全方位翻转流动,中低速运转避免高粘度材料飞溅,实现宏观层面的均匀混合。 第二步:自转分散 自转产生剪切力,对中高粘度物料进行持续分散,逐步打破团聚结构,消除深层微小气泡,保障大批量物料的处理一致性。 公转与自转同步运行,物料在密闭容器内完成"混合→分散→脱泡"全流程。双杯设计使两组物料同步处理,提升生产效率。 | ![]() |
