标配AB管专用夹具,490mL双腔管无需转移即可直接上机脱泡。已混合好的单材料在原管内完成脱泡,减少容器转移带来的二次气泡引入风险。

96支扩展覆盖全流程

从6支标配扩展至96支,兼顾研发小样精密脱泡和产线高通量检测。3-330mL宽容量范围适配从针筒到中型罐的多种容器,一台设备覆盖研发到品控全流程。

工作原理

低速重载旋转产生离心力与重力协同作用,大容量物料在密封容器内非接触式完成离心脱泡,不改变材料化学性质

第一步:高速离心分离:高速旋转产生强大离心力,密度差驱动气泡与材料分离,较重材料向外侧分布,气泡因密度较小向内侧聚集。 

第二步:重力辅助逸出:重力向下作用配合离心力,气泡沿轴向迁移至液面逸出,实现高效脱泡。 

第三步:非接触式保纯:物料在密封容器内旋转,无搅拌桨直接接触,不改变材料化学性质。 


物料在密封容器内经"高速离心→重力逸出→非接触保纯"全流程,一步完成离心脱泡。
