工作原理
高速旋转产生离心力,配合重力辅助使气泡逸出,物料在密封容器内非接触式完成脱泡。
第一步:高速离心分离:高速旋转产生强大离心力,密度差驱动气泡与材料分离,较重材料向外侧分布,气泡因密度较小向内侧聚集。 第二步:重力辅助逸出:重力向下作用配合离心力,气泡沿轴向迁移至液面逸出,实现高效脱泡。 第三步:非接触式保纯:物料在密封容器内旋转,无搅拌桨直接接触,不改变材料化学性质。 物料在密封容器内经"高速离心→重力逸出→非接触保纯"全流程,一步完成离心脱泡。 | ![]() |
